Let me know if you have any questions about these guidelines.
I'm a flexible person and I'm sure we can work something out...

'Show for Show' Trades:

-Please record DAO (not TAO)
-Use name brand CDR's (Examples: Mitsui, Sony, Imation(3M),
Kodak, Verbatim, HP, Philips, Taiyo Yuden, Pioneer, Yamaha,
BASF, Fuji, Ricoh, etc. NOT store brands or generics).
-If possible, label discs with "post it" notes (instead of
writing on them) indicating: band, date & I,II,III, etc.

'Blanks and Postage' Trades:

-Send name brand discs. I don't want to be responsible
for creating coasters if you send cheap discs.
-Inside your envelope please include a note stating what I am
burning for you, your e-mail address, and your mailing address.
-Send enough postage, either in stamps or cash (2 CDs in sleeves
in a bubble mailer works out to be about a buck).
-Email me when you have sent the discs. I will e-mail you
when I receive them and again when I send them back to you.

General Info:

-Unless you plan on sending the discs in a box, I recommend
against sending cases. You can send them in sleeves instead. I
found that Office Depot has good quality sleeves and mailers.
Do not put more than one disc in a case/sleeve that is intended
for only one disc. This can potentially damage the CDRs. Place
the discs into a bubble padded mailer.

-ABSOLUTELY NO FIBER PADDED MAILERS. I will not budge on this
aspect. If you send me a fiber envelope, I will open it, re-address
it, apply your postage, and send it back to you. Fiber envelopes
tend to rupture. When they do, they get paper dust on the discs.
If I put the discs into my burner, I am introducing harmful particles
into my hardware.

-You can send a self addressed stamped envelope inside of another
envelope, or you can send one envelope with a self-adhesive return
label and postage in stamps included. I don't mind re-addressing
your envelope and applying postage. I'm no tree hugger, but I do
feel that two envelopes is an unnecessary waste of paper.

-If you choose to send only one envelope, make sure your it is in
good enough shape to make the trip to me and then back to you again.
Address this mailer to me and indicate your address as the return
address.

-If possible, please seal envelopes with staples so that I can get
it open without destroying it. I understand that the USPS doesn't
always like staples, but it makes my life easier. Tape is OK if
you must, but please, please don't use the self sealing strip on
your envelope. Those things make it hard as hell to get the envelope
open without destroying it.
